Well, if you were experienced in IT, you wouldn't be using WEP, but WPA!! WEP is old and no where near as secure as WPA. If I were you, I WOULD reconfigure your whole network to use WPA, otherwise you're just opening yourself up to hacking, which is easier with WEP.
